Evo našao objašnjenje tog alerta:

We were told by Ms. Wong at Hong Kong Post that they are currently experiencing a typical 15-day delay for tracking numbers prefixed by "RT", in the pattern of RT#########HK. The alert that Ms. Wong delivered was a result of repeated complaints FastTech filed against packages shipped in the past one and a half months.

The "RT" tracking numbers represent the non-US shipping service that Hong Kong Post provides to local businesses. FastTech has been using this particular shipping for all non-US orders in the past year.

In light of this, FastTech is now officially moving away from Hong Kong Post's merchant services for non-US orders. We will stay away until the said delay resolves.

Almost all (98%+) unshipped orders that are on "Registered Airmail" shipping service will be re-routed to alternative services. "Almost" is used here because some countries are not supported by these alternative shippers.

FastTech has also cleared account settings for non-US customers who have previously requested us to ship all their orders via Hong Kong Post. We have contacted these customers individually via e-mail to make them aware of this change. In the meantime, packages will get re-routed to Swiss Post, China Post, and Singapore Post.

Please note that USPS first-class (aka ePacket) packages will remain shipped via Hong Kong Post as it still yields the best delivery time for US customers.

Here is what's going to happen when you select the various "registered airmail" shipping methods during checkout:

Registered Air Mail
-> Shipped via Swiss Post, China Post, or Singapore Post. Decided by FastTech depending on order contents, at shipping time.

USPS first-class
-> Shipped via Hong Kong Post's ePacket/USPS service

Registered Airmail via Swiss Post
-> Shipped via Swiss Post

Registered Airmail via China Post
-> Shipped via China Post

Registered Airmail via Singapore Post
-> Shipped via Singapore Post. If there is cylindrical batteries, order will reroute to other shipping methods.

Please note that in some cases (we expect to be rare), FastTech may have to change your selected shipping method. In those cases, we will contact you and notify you of the reason of the decision and will offer them the chance to cancel within 48 hours.

Kada si to naručio tj. kada piše da je shipano? Ja imam nešto od 24.10. (shipped) i još ništa.

Meni je status "shiped" RCxxxxxxxxxHK od 12.10.

stoji mi od 14.10. kao shiped i fotka paketa je naravno tamo, ali sam popizdio pa sam poslao ticket i žalio se na isporuku. nisam dobio nikakav odgovor nego su mi samo poslali link za moj TN. nekako mi se čini da nije problem u pošti nego da rade sa tuđom odnosno našom lovom i robom sve dok se ne požališ. neznam možda sam u krivu...ali sve mi nekako na to liči.

i da naručio sam čiju onaj od 27 dolara koji je sada 24 i rocketa klona kajfuna. mislio uzeti i SM clona ali neču nikaj dok ne vidim kaj bude sa ovom pošiljkom iako na njemu još uvijek stoji 12 dana da se čeka na isporuku i tako več od samog pojavljivanja. to ti je to 1000 ljudi uplati i tek onda daju narudžbu dobavljaču i samo pokupe profit a da niti jednog svog centa nisu uložili u robu. eto hrvatskog recepta na kineski način. :minus:

evo gospodo....šta rec na ovaj odgovor......obratite pažnju na datum shipinga....i...nakon 12 poslanih poruka.

Regular airmail is very slow but at the
same time your order is taking quite
long as well. We can offer a few options: 1. Refund your payment in full.
2. Send you the free replacement via
USPS first-class for delivery in about 8
business days, for a $1.70 fee. This is to
cover USPS costs only. Ask USPS for the
price of the certified mail service and you can verify this.
3. We can also send you a free
replacement again using free regular
airmail. But because of your initial
experience with regular airmail, we do
not recommend this and would rather refund you in full. FastTech offers customers the freedom
to choose shipping method during
checkout. If everybody selects UPS or
FedEx during checkout, everybody would
be happy. Unfortunately that's not
neither the case nor is it realistic. Short of that, we have no control how
the postal systems handles your package
and please understand that at this point
all we can do is to follow up and do what
we can. Please let us know of your preference
and we'll arrange immediately.
