Ca y’est. Nous savions tous plus ou moins que c’était en cours mais il y a du nouveau. Un nouvel épisode opposant Pipeline Store, titulaire des droits de distribution de Stattqualm et Taifun ( pour le moment on ne sait pas trop qui est visé) est venu s’inviter mercredi dernier dans un post du staff de Forum-Ecigarette.com. Les shops sont probablement en ligne de mire et certains nous ont confirmé avoir reçu le mois dernier un courrier exigeant l’arrêt de la commercialisation de ces produits et la destruction du matériel. Il semble que le forum se soit également vu notifier par courrier une demande de retrait de certains contenus et de liens pointant sur des clones et produits contrefaits.

C’est en ce sens que les administrateurs du forums, probablement suite à un courrier juridiquement argumenté, se sont vus contraints de faire disparaître tous les sujets de discussions liés aux clones/contrefaçons des atomiseurs Taifun et SQuape.

Des sujets sur ces clones, sont donc maintenant inaccessibles au public même s’ils restent visibles dans le cache de Google.

La pratique peut sembler agressive, mais il faut pourtant la mettre en perspective de l’état du droit français en matière de propriété intellectuelle et industrielle. Pipeline Store, en tant que distributeur des marques concernées fait valoir ses droits, ni plus ni moins.

Certes, les pratiques commerciales de Pipeline Store sont elles discutables, quand elle refuse à des boutiques de vendre ses matériels originaux, ou quand elle exige que les boutiques distribuent la gamme de liquides Fuel en échange d’avoir le droit de vendre ses mods (même si cette situation semble avoir évolué)… mais même à la limite de la vente liée, Pipeline Store ne fait qu’organiser sa distribution comme elle l’entend et peut même organiser une pénurie artificielle de ses produits si elle le souhaite.

Notez que l’initiative de Pipeline Store ne devrait pas être une initiative isolée et que d’autres distributeurs devraient prochainement mener d’autres actions de ce type

Znaci valja novi klon?
Posto znas i sam da sam veliki fan Taifuna GT (ustvari to mi je najdrazi atty)...kako usporedjujes taj novi klon s afc-om i opcenito kvalitetom s prijasnja dva klona s FTa (mislim na one sto su imali sve natpise po sebi i cak su kinezi i kutiju od origigija klonirali) jer kad ih stavim bok uz bok originalu, cak su i kutije klonirane loool jedva da se kuzi razlika koji je klon a koji origigi. Sto se tice ovog novog klona - planiram ga uzet pa eto pitam jesi zadovoljan s njim?
